Inspired by pitmasters and the great flavors of texas style bbq, Audrey and Benji have dedicated countless hours and too many sleepless nights to bring authentic, wood-cooked BBQ to Ohio.
Starting with a cinder block pit at their Dayton, OH home in 2014, they graduated to a 250 gallon offset cooker in 2017. Now based in Granville, OH, they burn oak, cherry, ash and any hardwoods they can get their hands on, to recreate the authentic bbq flavors of the
Texas Hill Country.
